Very busy but they were able to keep the line moving quickly thank God lol. I ordered the orange tangerine refresher and a 10 pack of Tim Bits. The Tim Bits were fresh and moist and delicious and the refresher was refreshing! I have to say this Tim Hortons seems to be pretty good on fresh food and fast service so I will definitely be back in the future! I would definitely recommend to others;

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The staff are the worst employees known to mankind. I drove all the way here almost an hour before they closed, and at the drive thru they told me “we’re shutting down early for the night” so I went drove all the way back home. Wasted all that gas for nothing. There were also no other customers there so that ought to tell you something. Worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!! YOU WILL THANK ME FOR THIS!!!

Every time I’m here the employees are rude over the intercom and my order is never right. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and I had no egg. My husband asked for bacon and he got sausage, I paid for meals and we got no sides. Waste of money and waste of my time. Don’t even deserve one star. The employees need to be retrained, they don’t know the menu and don’t repeat the order back to you. You’re soda tap is out too, the coke tastes disgusting and I only got two ice cubes. 2/26/23 at 8:00 am I ordered this. 12 and Dequindre, Madison Heights. The manager needs to read this and fix it!!!!

I originally left a bad review years ago. Then I got a reply that it was under new ownership. So I stopped by. Was the only customer in the lobby. The five employees didn’t take my order, didn’t talk to me, didn’t even look at me. I hung out for 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order… Never happened. So I left. This is by far the worst TH in the country! And it has somehow gotten worse under new ownership.

I ordered 2 medium caramel iced coffee’s with 3 cream and 3 sugar when I got it it had no caramel or sugar in it I turned around and went inside to tell them the girl that made it had no remorse only 3 people working with no manager around so when she remade those she still got it wrong I won’t be coming back to this location waste of time & money

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always been barely acceptable but this time it was far to poor of service in total. The woman taking my order was very short but was understandable due to line developing. We got to front watched her taking orders, grabbing our items, taking payment, and trying very hard…until a staff member from outside walked in front of window we were waiting at rudely to yell at her and rush things along seemingly, as well as told us to pull around. Highly unprofessional and inappropriate actions but the icing on the cake was our order was in complete shambles and just terrible! Tighten up people!
