Stopped at Sal’s Roma Deli for a quick bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered an eggplant with fresh mozzarella panini. It was so flavorful. I will definitely be back to try other delicious Italian specialties.

You ever drive some where and pull in to a place by chance. What a great place. I got greeted like I been going there for years. Number 45 was fantastic. My wife order chicken cutlets Panini. She raved about it two days . The food is great Even my miserable kids ate seconds. , The deli is really clean and the atmosphere was like I was back in Italy at grandma’s kitchen.

My boyfriend and I were working in Monroe which didn’t have a big selection of places to eat. But we found this gem. If you’re looking for a casual Italian sub and pizza shop that offers lunch specials as well you’ve come to the right place. My boyfriend and I came here just about every day to eat lunch because it was so good. Friendly staff and good service. Sal always offers a smile and conversation. My favorite was the eggplant parmesan panini. My boyfriend loved the Reuben. And we both loved their light and crisp New York style Pizza. Huge menu and they serve breakfast as well. I had a bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito that was delicious! Dine in or order ahead!

As a first time visitor to Sals I got myself a grilled chicken Salad and beef gyro. The Gyro was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Plenty of meat with everything else evened out perfectly. Made fresh. The chicken on my salad was done great, still Jucy and the bed of vegetables was fresh and well mixed. The fact I had a cut up tomato rather then grape tomatoes was a pleasure. Most delis skimp on salads. Not Sals. I will definitely be returning for some grub. Stop in and get yourself some GOOD food!

Sal just catered our daughter’s sweet 16 this past weekend and to say everything was great is an understatement. His food was amazing!! Everything was prepared so good! Everyone enjoyed all of the food. We had hot trays and sandwich rings and nothing was wasted. The kids loved it all and we know how teens eat! I would recommend Sal’s Roma Deli and Pizza to everyone! They go above and beyond to make sure you the customer is pleased. From ordering to setting up, it was all top notch. If you haven’t tried them yet, you definitely should! Would definitely recommend them! Thank you Sal and staff for making our daughter’s party unforgettable!

Sal’s has a nice selection of sandwiches, pizza, and other items. They are all cooked and prepared fresh to order so it takes a little time. The dining area is reminiscent of an old cafe and has a big screen TV running shows from the game network. This staff did not seem particularly friendly or interested in my experience but otherwise I thought things were okay. The serving sizes were definitely very generous and I wasn’t able to finish everything I had ordered.
