I have been going to this carniceria for 3 years . My 3 orders of Menudo today 1/21/23 was extremely Spicy and no one ate it. I called the store and they said that we added Chile to the Menudo!!! Really??? NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!! Very Disappointed

The lady Owner carried A 20 lb bag of ice out to my car a couple aisles down in the parking lot, although I had a previous bad experience went in today and was pleased with the gesture. The the do have the best carne asada, it’s been years but oh is it yummy for my tummy.

This was my third visit this week the young man is quiet but kind, the older lady who took my order was nice but the owner claims to know what she’s doing but doesn’t and can’t apologize or admit she’s wrong. I went in for 3, 1/2 pounds of meat ( carnitas, lengua, chorizo) the older lady was going to write out the ticket and the other lady (owner) tells her write it out for a pound and a half, I return the ticket and ask her to add the garnishes or verdura since earlier this week I realized they charge extra for it (when I had gone in for 2 lbs if Asada to take to my sisters who was recently out of the hospital.)I don’t mind paying for that even though other places don’t charge for it. The lady returned the ticket I grabbed a small bag of tortillas and proceeded to pay with the young man. I looked around and I heard the lady say something under her breath in frustration and ask what did you charge her in an annoyed tone, a pound and a half well your going to half to charge her more the lengua cost more. Mind you she was the one who told the lady to just write a pound and a half in the ticket the boy rang me up for the meat, garnish, and tortillas along with the 50 cent card charge, their was no way for him to know what meat was what.

This Carnicería has a huge selection of meats, sausages, chicken, pork and all kinds of other stuff. They also have a small restaurant in the back. I ordered 3 tacos. 2 asada and 1 carnitas. They were good just a little small. They are 2$ each and street taco size. It was about 6.50$ for three tacos. Tacos were flavorful and fresh just small, that’s my only complaint.
