It’s reliable pizza at great prices and the local staff do a great job! Not sure why other people are complaining? They’ve always gotten my order correct whether pickup or delivery and always on schedule! Maybe sure you check for coupons before completing your order

We order from here religiously. It’s been perfect every single time. There was one mishap to where we didn’t pickup the whole order, but they definitely made it right and cooked it fresh. We will continue to order here. Rogersville Domino’s is closer but I’d rate them a 0 if I could. The delivery guy shorted my husband $15 on his change. I’ll make the longer drive anytime for the Church Hill one!!

Worst company to be a part of or order from. The Hurd company doesn’t pay their employees enough to support the cost of living, or to put up with what they have to deal with on a daily basis. Management is terrible and the entire company gaslights its best employees. The amount of emotional distress this company causes its employees is enough to make the average person go crazy. Don’t eat or order from here unless you want it to be messed up. Cockroaches infest the building, and they use expired products. You would be better off eating a piece of bread with tomato sauce. All of the managers are dope heads and upper management is completely unprofessional. OSHA should step in and close the store down, it’s disgusting and unhealthy. Go to Pizza plus or support local business, really don’t eat here unless you want to end up in the hospital

We usually get the 1 topping $7.99 pizza or 3 topping $9.97 pizza. A lot of food for the price. Great pizza, ask them to cook “cheesy bread” a little longer. If you don’t, it’ll be doughy.

Getting worse and worse. The management here won’t even talk to you about their screwup. Apparently the manager was so busy sending out sub part food to help someone that used to order at least 50 bucks a week from them. (2600.00 a year) after finally getting ahold of a manager he was rude and condescending. Said he made the sandwich for my daughter and it was fine. The pic is the sandwich . Extra meat……lol.

We’ve been ordering from Dominoes for at least several years….until last night. Upon ordering for delivery last night we were stumped at the new policy, order more than $50 you must use a card to pay. All we had was cash and that kinda hit hard in the feel goods. I’m hoping this is just temporary and not a permanent thing dominoes.

I Would Not have given them any star! NEVER AGAIN! Ordered and paid for my pizza while on phone with Church Hill, TN store and this is where it was delivered. I always tip the driver when they arrive but this time did not even see them. After 12 years I no longer will be using them! Will be calling Pizza Plus as they’re Service and Food are Excellent!

Flies everywhere, worker’s wasn’t wearing gloves handling food and then touching face etc. Need more customer service experience, only interested in talking to each other. System was down so I got my pizza free. Will not be going back to this one. Do not recommend, wasn’t clean .

The food is decent most of the time but the service leaves a lot to be desired. When ordering on the app and being told your food is ready for pickup only to arrive and be told it isn’t ready- then waiting for almost an hour for one pizza- it’s ridiculous! And half the time if you customize a pizza it never comes out correctly. So fair warning- what the app says and what the employees say are always two different things. Very frustrating to deal with.
