I have visited this location several times recently and they had been amazingly fast – my order being ready as soon as I step away from the cash register after paying! However this last time on July 26, they said we had to use the kiosk. The registers must have been broken. They still had to print the receipt with the register – somehow – and the food was much slower to be prepared. I filled my soda and waited around for a while. It was not busier than usual either. I am hoping it was just a temporary issue.

Most of the food was okay. But the melty cheese roll ups were not edible. The cheese was cold, not melted. The roll ups were not even room temp, they were cold. Not sure if someone else ordered them a few hours ago and changed their mind and they held on to them and decided to serve them to me or not, but not okay. I understand they are a cheaper menu item, but I haven’t ever had an issue with them at any other Taco Bell before this location. I was very kind and respectful the whole time, thanking the guy at the window, no response, and then wishing him a great night, again, ignored and no response. I won’t be coming to this location again.

Order got deleted by computer/didn’t go through or got picked up by someone else that I put in online. The staff did my order manually from my phone when they were already busy. The order was ready quick as well.

This particular Taco Bell at the corner of Queen Creek and Alma School in Chandler Arizona is excellent. Taco Bell in general does not have the best reputation. However, this location has a friendly atmosphere, employees that actually care, I’m very impressed. Sometimes the portions are a little bit small on the value menu, but that’s to be expected at any Taco Bell. Portions vary from place to place. Sometimes you get something huge for a dollar, sometimes you get something really tiny.

First and last time at this location. I ordered the new triple double crunchwrap box among other things. First problem we encountered they forgot the crunchy taco that comes with it. The next problem was they basically forgot to put any meat on the crunchwrap. When we showed the guy behind the counter he didn’t even realize what was wrong with it and had somewhat of an attitude. When they remade it they didn’t even give me the triple double crunchwrap since they forgot the second tostada shell. I don’t expect it to look like the pictures in the ads however I do expect it to be what I order and contain what is advertised. I also don’t want attitude from the people working there when I voice my concerns or to be talked about amongst the workers while I am still in the store or my family are the only customers in the place.

My wife and I go to this Taco Bell fairly often. Can’t for the life of me figure out why we keep going back? Other than the fact that it’s the closest one to our house. My wife and I have A similar order almost every time she gets a craving Box and asks for no lettuce and no tomatoes. Every time including tonight even though I. Verified with them at the window and they asked the cooks not to put lettuce and tomatoes on it there was still lettuce and tomato on all of her food. Additionally they did not put my taco from the #7 in the bag. This might actually be the worst taco bell in the whole Valley.

I gave it a 4 star because this place is very busy and the drive thru line is extremely busy and long,so there is definitely a wait especially at night. Would b better if the dining area closes at 10 pm for ppl like me who wanna just come in and go real quick.
