The food is good, the restaurant is new and clean. The service is lacking. The cashier is mute… to customers at least. The young man who made my food was polite and did a good job. Definitely needs a more involved manager there.

This is now the 3rd order in a row from this store that has either been skimpy and/or completely wrong via online order for pickup. Ordered chicken bowl- no chicken. Ordered extra lettuce and salsas and you can tell by the picture (not eaten, moved around to show ZERO chicken) it’s lacking extra anything.

The quality and service was horrible. Not coming back. Attached is a burrito, that has nothing extra, and fell apart after picking it up. Please train your workers to wrap burritos better. Quality is greater than speed.

They don’t put the food on the pickup cart…if it says it will be ready at a time, and you still walk in 3-5min later, should be ready. Not still making it. So that process could improve to be like other locations. Food is great, and the staff are nice and makes your order correctly. Overall, I love eating there, just not a great experience for mobile order one time.

We’ve ordered online several times and it makes no sense to order double meat or anything extra because if they know you’re picking up an online order, they don’t seem to care. They’ve done it several times now and when you pay 22.00 for a double steak salad bowl with guacamole, you should get it. On top of that, the stickers for whose was whose were stuck to the bag, (not the orders). They were only different by one ingredient and they didn’t put it on either. I love Chipotle as a healthier low carb option but Warrenton Chipotle is a huge disappointment.
