The custard here is amazing. I really enjoyed the turtle in a cup. They give you more than enough. I ate my ice cream/ custard for two days. Drive through was a little slow but it was worth the wait. They also have other food on their nice size menu. For example hamburgers, French fries, shakes and more!

Can never get an order right. Very frustrating getting home to eat only to find they mixed the orders up. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to do the job. Last visit. I’m also tired of hearing that you are short staffed. If that’s the case, close the doors. Oh yeah. Also waited 40 minutes in the drive through before I received my food. So as of now, to get some fast food I am at about an 1.5 hours. Ridiculous. Can’t be that short staffed when you have time to hang on the phone. Here is the reason I was sent home with the wrong food.

The service was atrocious. The young man rushed me through my order. Messed up my order. when I went to the window to get my order, because that guy rushed me through, he didn’t put my order in how i asked. But because it didn’t have on my ticket what I wanted, Freddie’s wanted to charge me for an extra order of onion rings and messed up my ice-cream concretes. But because it was not on the receipt, They said I had to pay for extra sides and to get the correct ice cream. They rushed me thru the order and messed it up, but i have to pay even more!?! That’s cool, i see how they treat consumers. Will not be returning.

I love that they understand how a good burger should be cooked. Smash burgers of course but still delicious. The French onion burger is a must have. I always say I’m going to get something different but never do. I alter mine and add bacon as well as jalapeños. Thanks me later if you don’t already know.

I don’t expect this location to last very long. I went in April 12th 2023 about 7:30 p.m. in order to fish sandwich and two orders of fries. When I got my food it literally looked like someone just threw the fish sandwich together and threw it in the Box. I decided to dine in and had to take the paper bag that they gave me with my food in and open it and put my food on top of the bag because every table in the place was dirty along with the floors and there wasn’t very many people there. This place is very poorly managed and was not clean at all. Even though a few of the workers seem like really nice people especially the young lady that took our order.

The food was sloppy as usual. The tables inside were filthy. The atmosphere was terrible due to a disgruntled employee yelling in the lobby about bad management. She has short hair, a large build, and I think her name is Erica. Sitting in your workplace and yelling out obscenities with customers around is beyond idiotic. Please fire this girl, she is a liability and a terrible worker.

This place is the WORST. The food is usually good and I realize the food is made to order but a 40 minute wait in the drive through is excessive. I ordered an additional order of onion rings and the picture is all they put in it I hadn’t touched them before snapping this picture. Will not be returning to this location.
