Hands down best food truck for tacos de tripa (guts) in Stockton. Vicente is a great guy and makes sure you leave happy with your order. His food is made fresh, and the flavor just hits differently. I strongly recommend it if you love tacos.

Super high quality Mexican food. The tortillas are hand made, the rice and beans were top notch, the meats were juicy and fresh and the horchata was really good it was obviously not from a packet and made the authentic way. I go here at least once a week for lunch. Highly recommend La Korita.
