I have noticed that it seems to take a little longer than normal to come on the drive thru speaker to take the order, even when there was no one else in line that I could see(,however it could be possible to have one car at the window paying or receiving their order, which I cannot see until I move forward around a slight bend after placing my order) ,but I have yet to see any car there when I do make it around the bend , towards that window I had mentioned. I completely understand they probably have no help and most likely understaffed, like everyone else and everywhere else at this point so I try to be very understanding and make it a point to smile and thank them more than once. MOST times I will get a quick thank you in response. I will probably go back there as it is in a Convenient location for me. On a positive note they do always get my coffee the way I ordered it and the food is cooked properly, (and that is important , I like to get what I ordered and paid for;) ). so all in all it has more pros than cons.

This place is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been in. Aside from the place bing dirty. The staff is horrible. In the time I’ve been here they have screwed up most of the orders they have taken. People coming in from the drive through with the wrong items. One of the women behind the counter assuming it’s the manager is talking to the staff in a really condescending inappropriate manner. If ever a franchise tag should be pulled it’s here. Complete train wreck.

I work down the street and go here frequently for convenience. I always leave a tip but seldom get a hello, thank you, or goodbye. There was one young man that was very polite. But mostly I deal with an arm and a bin in my face. I put my tip in it and the window closes. Very cold way to do business.
