I hope by next Halloween the store manager can figure out a better system than making people wait for 2 hours past the pickup time for an online order. Fellow customers were cheering for each other when we finally got our orders. It was obvious that the staff was working very hard under a lot of stress and frustrated customers, and I commend them for their grace under pressure. Despite the staff being patient, hard-working and kind, it felt very disorganized. They made my first two pizzas and then moved onto other orders while my pizzas sat there getting warm with the dough rising. I had to beg them to make my third pizza just so I could leave after standing there for 2 hours. The pizzas were great but the cookies tasted awful, like the sugar was left out of the dough. We usually love the cookie dough so this was incredibly disappointing.
