I frequent this location often and today something was different. From the lack of certain food items, to the overflowing garbage receptacles and dirty tables. Why is this? Is it the staff? I don’t think so because the service was great, I think personally it is the lack of staffing and communication. Overall this experience doesn’t outweigh my opinions on this location as being usually excellent I think that management needs to organize the staff and it’s priorities to make it more efficient. Will I be back? Yes, this is a great location with the limited staff they currently have.

I’ve never had issues with Chipotle until this one opened up in Bonney Lake. This is the third time I’ve left because they were out of rice or meat. Today they were out of both types of rice and steak and it wasn’t due to a shortage in staff as they had 3 people in the kitchen. Disappointed to say the least. Hoping they figure it out, I typically love Chipotle.

Nothing bad to say about my experience there today. Food was savory and refreshing. The long line we came up to was quickly serviced. I don’t remember Chipotle being this good. The previous location I had been to certainly wasn’t.

So food was good but the employees all acted like they were high….stood in front of cash register for 5 minutes to get ice and they acted like I wasn’t even there. No personality staff. Will not return because I like to feel comfortable and welcomed.

I got 2 burritos and 2 bowels – dang near paying 70$ for it. They were gross. The meat was abnormally chewy. There was no rice or veggies in the bowels. Why you should never order online so you can watch how much food they put on your order – even ordering double meat they don’t add it – just paying the extra money for nothing

Went in for a quick lunch while out shopping. Tried the new chicken al pastor and protein and it was really good. The only issue I had was the tables were not well cleaned so I had to clean one on my own. Otherwise it was a good lunch.

Walked in at 9pm, first time trying this place out at this location… they had one employee assisting two other employees ordering food. Other employees goofing around in my the kitchen area. Others standing around. waited for ten minutes, decided to go elsewhere. Terrible and completely unprofessional atmosphere. Couldn’t even get food ordered. It was just play time.
