Everything was great except the cook burnt both of our burgers. Probably because he didn’t listen to the young woman at the counter and had to remake our order! Also to Hardee’s: get those folks some help in there, it takes more than 3 to run a lunch rush!!

We ordered eight steak biscuits and egg/ ham biscuits every one of them was overcooked and dry. The biscuits themselves were almost burnt. I don’t understand how any cook can look at dry burnt food is and still serve it

I ordered a BEC combo and 1 steak biscuit and 3 sausage biscuits. Not only did I have to wait but my order was wrong and the receipt I got wasn’t even mine!! We noticed lady swipe card several times and asked why she said card reader wasn’t reading! When we got our order we was short some biscuits and I had go back in with wrong receipt no way to prove my order! It was so chaotic with workers they didn’t even ask just gave me biscuits I was short. Checked my account this morning and was charged for my order THEN some!!!! Tried to call this restaurant and number said call cannot be connected at this time! What the???? Who can’t get a hold of a business such as Hardee’s??? Had to call my bank and get this sorted out! Thank you “Hardee’s” on Washington Rd!!! Y’all use to be awesome what happened??? People be careful with your card with them and check your receipt before pulling off to wait on food! Order wrong you have wrong receipt and card will be over charged!!!! “Hardee’s employees, MANAGER’S” Shame on y’all

Server was excellent. Manager yelled at him the entire time we were in there. Manager was rude to us and was hurrying customers to leave. She had the doors locked while we were there. She closed the service and building at 3:20 pm and refused people trying to come in to eat. What the heck! I thought Hardee’s was open all day! This is ridiculous!!!

Needs better costumer service. And costumer service training. Multiple times have had rude people at window. A simple hello or have a nice day goes a long way. Never gives me a total on my order just takes my card and practically tosses my food at me and closes the window in my face for me to leave. Not asking if i need anything else or have a nice day. Just plain rude! Your in costumer service act like it or dont work in a costumer service business. Get some training in there!
