I have never ever been so disappointed at a restaurant. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce, the chips fried in old oil and no salt. They were out of most drinks, all chili verde, out of chorizo and almost half the menu had that stuff. So I ordered a chimichanga and so did my husband. Needless to say chimichanga should not have rice and beans in them. There was hardly any carne asada and what was there looked like minced meat and tasted worse. I will never ever go there again. I would not suggest it to anyone.

I just spent $23 and some change the menu said a pound of skirt steak you don’t see much there also I didn’t get chips or salsa this restaurant used to be good when it first opened but now it’s going downhill I believe this is the third restaurant this guy owned and operated it’s truly sad to see people’s been good money to get ripped off I really don’t know anywhere to go in Eden where your money is worth it. I am a local for 10 years so I seen this owner in three different places and it’s always the same. This will be the last time I order from this place.

We had lunch here after a hike and we’re pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The chips and salsa were flavorful, and our lunch dishes were awesome. I had the chicken tamales and my husband had the vegetarian burrito. Portions were large and nicely seasoned. Staff was friendly and we had a great view as we sat on the outdoor patio. Would highly recommend!

I love that we have a restaurant with authentic Mexican food here in the valley. Today I had the shrimp tacos. Generous portions, with melted cheese, a variety of veggies topped by a nicely spiced green sauce. Packed with flavor. I also enjoy the crispy tortilla chips with the special seasoning. Some of my other favorites are the torta with Al Pastor meat, the chorizo and carnitas street tacos and the Mexican pizza. Thank you Don Cesar for bringing this great food to our valley!

Ok I don’t often leave bad reviews. But I wouldn’t pick this place to eat again. The chips were good but the salsa reminded me of the Kirkland brand salsa, but could also be marinara sauce?

The chips and salsa were awesome! I got the 3 tacos and my Mexican dad got the cheese enchiladas. He says the way you judge a Mexican place is by the cheese enchiladas, which he gave a 4.9/5. The red sauce was great. Definitely a great spot in Ogden valley!

I’m admittedly a little snobby about Mexican food having lived in TX most of my life, but this was underwhelming. The queso dip only comes in one size – VERY large! It is very greasy and doesn’t have a lot of flavor. In fact, all of the flavors (except the salsa) were a bit bland and all very similar tasting. We ordered fajitas and there was an excessive amount of veggies on the plate with a nominal amount of meat – again, with a boring taste.

Yum! This was an excellent find. They have been open about a year. Their menu seems to go on forever, so take sometime to go through it all.

These guys were fantastic to get our order in after we had a full day of flood management, even though we showed up close to their closing time. We took our food to go so they didn’t have to stay open for us, but they were wonderful to chat with us while we waited and they even offered to help us with the house we were trying to save from water damage. What other restaurant owners do you know that offer that to a neighbor they don’t even know?!? People don’t know they’re open, so they’re struggling a little, but they are by far the best Mexican food in the valley that I’ve had since Carlos and Harleys went downhill. If you’re in the area, go stop by!
