Overall, quality was good and delivery was quick. The downfall was ordering a 1 topping pizza and forgetting to select the topping on the app. I called the store after placing the order and was told they couldn’t add it as the computer didn’t allow it and I’d need to place a whole new order. I feel like it’d be easy to make a written note or just add the topping while on the phone. It wasn’t a going to be a up charge as I had paid for it. I personally would have thrown the topping on or sent it on the side and let the customer add it. Regardless of what the computer says, it’s not a robot making the order yet. There’s also not a way to make the change on the app.

Ordered a pizza for carryout because they had a good deal on it, $10.99 for a large! Arrive at the location a couple minutes before it says the order will be ready and decided to step inside to wait. Once inside, I was hit by an overwhelmingly bad odor, possibly of sewage backup? It was sickening. I got my pizza on time according to the ETA. I was so put off by the smell in the restaurant though, I really didn’t want to eat this pizza.

Very clean and stylish location. Love they opened one closer to me. The staff was very friendly and seemed very cleanly dressed. Food was well done and very quick for a carry out. Only complaint is the waiting chairs are nearly impossible to sit on without sliding forward.

These are the honey BBQ bone-out wings I received with my order, 99% sauceless. The pizza was basically flavorless other than the handfuls of seasoning on the crust, couldn’t taste any pizza sauce, slices weren’t cut all the way through, and they forgot to add the onions. The only redeeming aspect of this $35 order: my delivery estimate was 2 hrs but it showed up in 30 minutes.

Super disappointed. We ordered a pizza and were given 65-75 min estimation on the confirmation. After 2 hours, we called to find out what the ETA was going to be- was even going to offer to pick it up if necessary. The first person we spoke to told us he found our order and he would get the supervisor. We sat on hold for about 10 min before they hung up on us. Called back, the second person told us our order had been cancelled due to “training pizza” 15 minutes ago, so it was cancelled after our initial phone call. She said she couldn’t give us anymore information- no apology or anything. Asked to speak to a supervisor, we sat on hold for over 15 min. Still on hold, we drove there to see all the lights off, a handwritten note on the door, yet we are still on hold waiting for a supervisor. Will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a pizza. Pizza took forever to be delivered. When it arrived the pizza was cold and didn’t have a tamper proof label on the box (Grub Hub delivered it). I didn’t feel safe eating it and threw it out. Next time I’m in town, I won’t be ordering from this place. I was told by the Manager on duty that I would receive a refund to my card. It’s been almost 2 weeks and nothing. I guess they are liars also at this establishment. Don’t order anything from this place!

I have always liked Pizza Hut pizza-first liking hand-tossed and now thin crust. Consistent and good wherever I go. And they usually have a good deal going on which always helps with prices going up on food everywhere. This store was tiny but good -no eat in.
