It took them 30 minutes to make our food because they made everyone else’s food that came in after us and then made ours. I ordered the sausage biscuit and when I got it, it was burnt and powdery. We ordered 3 drinks and they only gave us 2 and we had to ask for the other one.

The workers here never have anything under control, there’s always a problem (not accepting cash, out of everything, something is broken, etc). Also they are absolutely not open 24 hours even though they say they are. I showed up around 2 am for lunch break and they told me they weren’t accepting orders. A couple nights before they were only serving breakfast around the same time. It’s an absolute mess at both of the locations in this town.

I’m very frustrated.at 6:58am at the w Washington location this morning I ordered 2 large coffees and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit paying $7.33. I am a regular customer and have had enough every Monday the same guy put us bare fingers in the coffee that I am supposed to drink. I have told drive thru people to make sure not to put any fingers in my coffee. But yet again thinking I don’t have to ask that every time had the same guy on a Monday stick is bare fingers opening my coffee before it ever leaves the drive through menu.
