Pretty good deal for sandwiches. Friendly employees. Most of there booths are in the sun not so good on a hot sunny day. But the air conditioner worked good. There food is different enough to add a little variety on occasion but I would not want to eat there too often.

So excited they had potato cakes, we were in town for a visit with family. The Arby’s near our home no longer offers potato cakes! We also tried the fish, it was a light batter and was so tasty! The manager said it was a mistake on their order that they had potato cakes so we were lucky to get them. I think it should be a staple for all Arby’s….Staff was friendly and quick service!

Ordered through the drive through. I wanted to use the app, but it lacks customization for drinks, one of the drinks I wanted to order was light ice, so that’s disappointing. There was a long line at the drive through and it took almost 10 minutes to get to the speaker. When I got to the menu to order I was told they would be right with me, it took about 3 minutes to get back to me, the person that took my order did get it correct though. It took another 3-5 minutes at the window to get my order. It was all correct, which was nice. However, the curly fries were cold and broken into bits and many were over-cooked, overall they were disappointing. The sandwiches were fine.

Don’t use the app for the Denison location. Order wasn’t even started when we arrived, so why select a time on the app! Watched a great show because all of the employees just screaming at each other instead of working ! Waited 20 minutes past the app selected time for our food! Then order wasn’t correct! WOW

Do not leave the drive thru without checking your order. Sadly, this was the 2nd time my receipt was right, but the Sandwich was wrong. Beef/cheddar hold the arby sauce. Get home, they held the arby sauce and the cheddar!!¡.

I had the Diablo dare my aunt had the rib sandwich she said it was okay but mine was kind of spicy hot I enjoyed every bite of it so if you’re ever in the neighborhood to go to Arby’s I would try the Diablo dare. And the customer service was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent. I also had caramel cinnamon shake was delicious and an strawberry and cream pie.
