Iv tried and Iv tried with this place but after tonight I’m boycotting the nine mile location. I placed an order for one pizza at 6:45 and they didn’t show up until about 8:30. I called twice and both times they told me pizza was on the way. The delivery girl got here and had the audacity to sit it on her phone in my driveway. We actually placed an order with Papa Romanos after the second call to HH and PR beat them here by ten minutes. It’s a shame that they have such poor customer service because they are in a great location. This isn’t the first instance though. The pizza is always cold, wrong or takes forever.

This location is awful. They always take SO LONG on delivery, they use doordash and overcharge in delivery fees ($8+) Sometimes the delivery fees cost more than the pizza itself. The pizza always shows up cold, and always takes more than 1 hour to arrive. I usually pick it up because of this reason, and thats usually fine but in terms of delivery they really need to reevaluate their process. It’s not working.

The manager Roy was very rude and unpleasant. I placed an order on door dash for a medium pizza I was not able to select ground beef as an option so I had to select pepperoni. I called as soon as I placed the order for it to be changed. When I explained to the man on the phone my issue and asked for the protein to be switched ( I don’t eat pork ) he nastily responded “ I guess “. I asked what the issue was and he proceeded to call me a liar because other orders had came in with ground beef on them. He was so rude and unpleasant he made me want to never order from this establishment again. It’s not my fault their settings on door dash was wrong. I would not ever order here again, customer service goes a long way.

I ordered a deep dish pizza and a deep dish cheese bread. What I received with my pizza was a half eaten, weirdly cut flatbread with bacon and cheese, complete with a cup of opened pizza sauce. ???? I spoke with a manager who asked if I’d like the order repeated with a refund, to which I replied yes. What I received afterward was my cheese bread, along with a strange off-menu unique pizza creation supposedly made by my delivery driver(???), and no refund.

What an excellent crew of pizza artists. My cousin ordered a pizza from these guys out of state and they brought me a delicious pizza, it was just cold. Well, not only did they make it right, they delivered it to me the next day after I tried numerous times and was unsuccessful trying to fill out a customer complaint. I’m hard-of-hearing and didn’t hear the managers name, but she’s said it was also a number. Hats off to you guys.o

This pizza defines what Detroit style pizza should taste like! Absolutely the best deep dish I’ve ever eaten and I usually like the toppings more than the crust, but now I think it’s the other way around. Hat’s off to Hungry Howie’s. Keep the pizzas coming!
