Went there to pick up an order – worker wasn’t friendly at all, never really had an issue here before until tonight. The soda machine had no ice so we just asked for ice and he just went about it in an unprofessional manner. Food has been okay, sometimes we order a newer flavor but end up getting a completely different one. Other then that, it’s been decent.

All I can say is the chicken tenders are so yummy. They have the perfect crunch to meaty tenderness. Good ratio of sauce. Flavors are traditional and deliver great taste. I LOVE the Korean BBQ flavor and traditional hot which is closest to Bufallo.

We ordered wings for the Super Bowl today. We placed our order for 20pc wings and 2 sides at 9:30 am for 3pm pickup. Got there and the entire place was filled with upset/hungry customers that were waiting for over an hour. The manager (who was very overwhelmed) was a bit snippy and kept telling people random wait times, was inconsistent and yelled at a few customers to “stop touching” the take out orders that were on the table. I get he was under pressure but he did not handle himself or the situation well at all. It seems they oversold, which caused a huge catastrophe. They did offer a refund, only took my name and phone number down on a receipt and said to look for the refund within 3-5 business days. Highly recommend another location.

Everytime we order from here it’s takes forever. Used the app and when the Corder said it was ready for pick up the store hadn’t even made it. They didn’t even start the order. Had to show them the email and they looked it up. By far the worst location.

We placed our order online for pick up and when we got home with our food we noticed we were missing the fried corn, which was the whole reason we decided to eat there. I called to let them know we were missing our fried corn, Brittany answered the phone, I requested a refund and before I could asked the process Brittany hung up on me. The whole conversation she was short and rude. It’s been almost an hour and still no email of a refund confirmation. Service sucked.

I came in at 6:15 on Friday night and ordered food. I waited for 30 minutes while other people were getting their food. I then walked up to the counter and asked them if my order was ready. Then they proceeded to say sorry and that they would make my order right away. I think they forgot about me. One set of wings was overly seasoned and I didn’t get my celery and carrot sticks.
