My Pizza Hut experience today was phenomenal! I placed my order online and my pizza was prepared and ready for pickup by the time I arrived! Colby was the only employee working the entire restaurant (preparing the pizza, answering phones and running the register)!

This place is absolutely incredible. I live closer to the one on Russell parkway but I choose to travel the extra mile to go to this one. They are outstanding, this one puts the right amount of cheese (they are not stingy with their cheese). Crust is awesome. The customer service is great too. It doesn’t take long at all for my food to be ready hot and fresh. Me and my family enjoy eating here. Deals are on point as well.

Omg, where do I begin? The person preparing the pizza got tired of wearing gloves yet continued to make pizza with her naked hands. And whatever happened to hairnets? But my biggest complaint that causes me to report this place to the health department, you cannot safely take money and handle pizza with your bare hands, that’s nasty. Never eating here again. One cashier takes the order and boxes the pizzas alone while the manager sits and pretends she was writing on paper. Get it together people. If you don’t want your job, find another. Pizza hut, no wonder you’re going extinct, just too much going on. Please Do Not order from or eat here until the health department has a chance to address their apparent nonchalant attitude about hygiene and food handling.

I hope pizza hut redeems themselves and replaces my points that I wasted on the cardboard tasting pizza!! NO FLAVOR HARDLY AT ALL AND APPARENTLY THEY TOOK AWAY THE BUTTERY GARLIC SEASONED CRUST THEN START CHARGING $1 FOR PARMESAN CHEESE!! I order from here whenever I have the extra money to do so. Every time I order pizza from here, whenever I take a bite, it just brings me back to my childhood. As strange as it sounds…this is the only pizza hut that actually tastes like it did from when I was a kid. It is nice to reminisce on times when everything was so much easier. A little bit of calmness while taking my lunch break. Lol

After a horrible experience this was the first time I have eaten at Pizza Hut in fifteen years. This review is based on ordering online and the pizza itself. Ordering online was easy. I learned about options I didn’t know existed. It said my order would be ready in 15 minutes and it was ready in 15 minutes. Great job staff. The star of the show was the pizza. I ordered the large, 3 topping for $10. It was the best pizza I ever had from any pizza place. Hand tossed, creamy garlic parmesan sauce, hut favorite crust topping, ham, chicken, and meatballs. I’ve had it 3 times in the last month. Yummy!

I ordered two pan pizzas online and they got both wrong. Paid $47. No refund. Offered to remake on thin crust or give a $20 credit. Worst Pizza Hut experience that I have ever had. Even the cheese was stuck to the box. Avoid at all costs. Go to Dominos or Papa John’s.

Don’t order delivery if you are expecting a Pizza Hut employee to deliver, they use doordash . . . .if I wanted a doordash order I would use doordash app. Food was at best room temp by the time I got it and the store is less than 10 minutes away ordered delivery for convenience . I will not order again
