To be fair I had a huge order in the drive thru. They were friendly and patient. They got the order right on the menu board. And we’re pretty fast with the order. But when we checked it we were missing two meal and my kids juice. So we parked and went inside. We addressed that we were missing our items. And they said they were sorry, that they remembered doing so and immediately replaced it. And we were in our way. And the food was fantastic. My first time ever being to a zaxbys.

This was the rudest zaxbys I’ve ever been, the girl at the speaker was extremely rude, and rushed me making an order. Constantly cutting me off as I was talking, and having an attitude. Nobody forced you to come into work. Yall are the rudest people ever here, find a new job if you hate where your at.

I placed an order in the drive thru including fries. When we got to the window, whoever took the order didn’t charge us for it. When we told her that 2 orders of fries were place she told us we needed to drive back through again because they’re on some type of timer. When I asked for a courtesy since it was there fault, the manager yelled NO! Such a poor customer experience. I frequent this location but will have to change that. NO ADD ONS AT THE WINDOWS. It wasn’t an ADD ON, someone MESSED UP.
