I placed an order of 2 dozen of donuts for a birthday party through the app. They took my order, I payed and when I went to pick up my order they told me they didn’t have enough donuts to give me. Manager was not in the shop, they called her and the solution that she told the employees was that I to complained through the app, which It didn’t make sense because they accepted my order when they didn’t even have enough donuts to give me. I payed for something that did not received and they never refund me at all. Nobody assisted me and i had to still find another place to buy the donuts and payed extra money. Horrible location and horrible costumer service. Manager was supposed to call me, that’s what they said in the app and she never contacted me.

I’ve been going here for a frozen coffee several times a week since they opened and this week the price went up about 7%. The quality of the frozen coffee changes depending upon who makes it. There’s a consistency issue. They are under staffed so don’t be surprised if you have to wait a while. This week I went through the drive-thru and waited just under 10 minutes and the line didn’t move so I parked and walked in an they were slammed so I left and went home to unload my groceries. I then returned to DD and got in the drive-thru behind the same car I was behind 15 minutes earlier. So I know they were in line at least 25 minutes.

if it was possible to not give a single star i would. me and my friends go after school most days and they never greet us with kindness. the manager is always looking at us like we don’t belong. and today they charged my friend for a muffin and when they went to get it, they realized they didn’t have it and gave her a donut and 3 munchkins, that she did not want. my other friends water had black stuff in it and made us all loose our appetites. never going back.

Don’t waste your time at this location, during morning rush. Staff is not trained, store manager not present. Not the best way to start your day and not the first job experience for the young staff…. what a shame

If I’m going to splurge on the carbs for a bagel, please! Give me a fresh one! I got a day old bagel at 9am, it wasn’t toasted as I requested either. Coffee is great, employees friendly….parking is very difficult.
