I had the pleasure of visiting in both the morning and afternoon, and I can say the staff at this location were some of the nicest, most pleasant, and terrific people I’ve ever met. The ladies in the morning helped me find a substitute for my drink- the blueberry redbull in the Sky’s The Limit drink as the regular was unavailable, and it was a genius idea! If this location were closer to my hometown, I’d absolutely visit here instead. I bought all 4 of the smile cookie pins and showed them off to everyone at work!

OK after my last visit I won’t be stopping at this location anymore. I got a wrap with the paper still attached to my cheese. Not only is it unappetizing but I could have choked. I contacted the company who kicked the can down the road to the location who have ignored me. I just wanted a refund on an item that I couldn’t eat. They definitely lost a loyal customer.

Other than a relatively clean eating area this Tim Hortons is sadly lacking across the board. There is no real structure from the employees if you come inside to order food. The drive-thru side seems to flo pretty steadily. I live within walking distance of this location and often take my children here with me. Unfortunately, the selection of food is always pretty low for breakfast sandwiches (no croissants or biscuits). The donuts aren’t up to par with other Tim Hortons in the area. The front end of the cashier and food prepper seems to always be in chaos. No one wants to man the register, and once you get up there they don’t even listen to what you want. I’ve received wrong food altogether or missing key items almost every time I come here. Please get this location into shape Corporate Tim Hortons! Edited for March 2023: Now 3 times in a row where I paid for food and didn’t receive it after checking. I asked for my receipt and the younger girl at the register huffed about it. When I told her it was a law she seemed concerned and said she never hands out receipts. This location is nothing but issues.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve had. Sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins… none of our food was made right after asking for extra cream cheese 3 times, we got none on the bagel. Was handed the wrong drink twice And no one at the drive thru window says a word to you…
