I recently dined at Toshi Sushi and Grill and had an extremely disappointing experience due to the rude and unpleasant server I encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the server lacked basic customer service skills. Not only did they appear disinterested in assisting me, but their tone and attitude were completely unprofessional.

I enjoyed the variety of offerings on the menu. I tend to eat veg, so it was nice to have several choices. It was quiet, so easy to have a conversation. The food came out in a timely manner. I really enjoyed the clear mushroom soup.

If you’re a customer service expert stay away from this place… There is this female waitress/server who just has an angry face all the time, and just what her face shows, that’s the exact service she gives out.. The food unfortunately, is impacted by this treatment as your appetite is immediately gone after your first interaction with this lady. I do believe this place has a lot of potential, but I’m not too sure what is this lady’s position within the business, therefore, affecting the entire establishment…

I am a local and tried their all you can eat dinner and it was amazing. The waitress was really nice and was knowledgeable about their nigiri shushi, and the chef did really good work on all 8 different types of sushi that I chose. I had an amazing experience and look forward to coming back again.

Not cheap. But it was all you can eat, so it was fair enough. Food was okay. Rice wasn’t seasoned at all. Its okay it was edible. The highlight was the gyoza. It was tasty! Waitresss could use a smile. Kinda rude and wasn’t friendly at all. The guy was friendly enough.
