Both nights horrible rude service. First night only beers, didn’t bother us as bad with rude bartender. Second night, ordered food and drink. Food was so bad and not worth the price. After paying we waited to get servers attention, but everyone was gone or in lobby. We wanted to ask for box, for yes the nasty food (Nachos & Fish) that was way overpriced. They closed at 10 (waiting for server to come back since 9:45), it’s now about 15 minutes past. Servers looked at us and says “if you don’t hurry, you have to clean up the dining room”. We just said were waiting on boxes. No apology, just complete rudeness. Do to being in the industry, i still tipped her 20%. Her name on ticket was Kristi R. Not like the restaurant was even busy.

This is inside the Hampton Inn at the pool entrance. Food is good service is great. Not local to the area but would guess most customers are hotel guest, actually one reason I stayed there not many hotels with bars. Prices are very reasonable. Dinner for one with two beers right around $20 – $25. Never see that in Illinois where I reside.

We are from out of town and were happy to have a place in the hotel were we could have a late drink before we went up to the room. This place is a joke. “Bartender” spending time with regulars who seem to be friends, we heard plenty of personal and sometimes raw conversations. We are guests at the hotel and were made to feel VERY unwelcome. We were passed by at least 10 times with nearly empty glasses. It was as if we weren’t even there. I had to ask for service as we were ignored. There were three women and the restaurant was dead and the bar was not that busy! Sorry but for a nice hotel this place is very poorly run. Not an asset but a detriment to your hotel. The bartender had a Hampton Inn tee-shirt on and represents your product, disappointing.

Really nice bar atmosphere plenty of seating and tvs . View of pool if you like that. Nachos were a hefty size for sharing. Drinks were a little on the high side 12$ for a Jamison shot but still a good time

Very nice bar the staff is very friendly. And the pizza is amazing. They also have great loaded totes. And a decent variety of adult drinks. I would defibatly refer this place and plan to visit again.

Four of us stopped in late on a Saturday for some apps and handhelds. It was fairly busy, and our server was handling the whole place by herself. The food was good, but my wife never got the chips with her meal. It’s unfortunate we weren’t checked on, but I’d still return.

Great variety of food along with great prices, great service/staff, reasonable hours. Bartenders and servers are awesome. Especially Jamie B, a beautiful top notch server with a great friendly smile, very kind and brings on an awesome positive vibe to the customers as she serves, super attentive and doesn’t get orders wrong. Definetly love their chicken quesadilla as well.
