We had a good breakfast here. The service was great and the atmosphere was typical to a hometown cafe/breakfast spot. We sat at a booth behind another gentleman whom we later found out was a fellow veteran. He paid for our meal. Apparently he is very kind but I really wanted to thank him and say it personally. If you happen to be scrolling through reviews sir, first thanks for your service to our great country, and thank you for your generosity. My husband is a disabled vet and also thanks you and I’m a vet and thank you! Our kids thank you too! We wanted to pay it forward so we took care of some tables too. Very unexpected and just reminds me of why we need each other that being human really is still alive and well in more people than what you see on your phone. Let’s all get off the phones and talk to the person in front or back or you. Ask them how they are doing, respond meaningfully and keep the humanity going. Maybe you will find something in common on Not and learn something. Anyways I just really was compelled to share. The sign in the bathroom was pretty funny too. Just felt like I was in my grandmothers carry out when I was a kid. We didn’t know anybody but still felt welcome. Thanks for a great experience and breakfast. Oh and the corned beef hash is great like it’s real and real good.

Amazing, behind all of this lovely food is usually a person the employer is constantly micromanaging and yelling at until they are inclined to leave due to a hostile work environment, in front of customers! Regardless of what has happened in your life it does not give you a right to ruin other people’s and do so in front of customers. You should truly be ashamed of yourself!

Breakfast portions are huge for what you pay. Our eggs were cooked to perfection and the sausage links were the biggest I’ve ever seen and the pancakes took up a whole dinner plate. All the employees are super friendly and help each other with coffee refills and cleaning tables.

We stop by Alice’s diner for breakfast while traveling. We seated ourselves, and the hostess came over and ordered our food . I ordered pancakes, and it did not taste like pancakes. There was so much baking powder, tasted gross . Paint peeling from ceiling .
