My opinion, this is the WORST MC DONALDS IN THE WHOLE UNITED STATES. No one knows how to read. You clearly put or say how you want your food. You get to the window and because they can’t properly meet their times they park you. When you finally receive your food it’s WRONG or just thrown together. Fries will never be fresh. Even if asked they’ll only redip the old ones. Every day I used to get a macchiato, it was always wrong. A white girl with blonde hair and a beautiful smile and a young loud mexican lady with long hair at the drive thru are the ONLY ONES WHO KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE DRINK. so I stopped buying it. This morning I asked for a HOT TEAM WITH CREAM AND SUGAR. GUESS WHAT I GOT ……. A COLD TEA WITH NOTHING. A new girl who looks young at the second window remade it and made things right. Hopefully she sticks around. This place needs her. I get tired of complaint 2 times a week about the same drinks smh. I was a manager at a mc Don in the city of dallas for 2 years. Whoever is doing the training at this location shouldn’t have a job either. Cause no one is properly trained and it shows daily. Today was my last time being nice. I come every morning. I’m so good on this location. I shouldn’t have to tell you how to make drinks. And what’s missing on a burger. Good day.
