Had a lovely time here for a gathering with good after our wedding ceremony. The staff reserved the patio for us and the location was beautiful! The food was delicious, everybody commented on how great it was. Only downfall was the service – one waitress walked around with an earphone in and some people waited a lot longer than others for food despite ordering first. We also had a cake kept in the cellar but it wasn’t brought out and we were too busy to realise or we would have said! But overall fantastic and loved our time there!

We always make a point when staying here to visit Kenzies at least once. The service is always good and friendly and the food consistently great. We visited and enjoyed our meals immensely this evening: we started with the bang bang shrimp which disappeared in minutes. The shrimp were perfectly fried and the sauce a perfect mix of spicy and sweet; then for dinners we had grilled mahi-mahi with mango over julienned veggies; shrimp scampi macaroni and cheese; Tuscan pasta with shrimp; chicken cordon blue (cooked “open faced” with grilled chicken breast topped with melted Swiss and diced ham/pancetta with a Dijon alioli with the creamiest tastiest mashed potatoes my mom said she ever had, and filet with wedge salad. Everyone raved about their meal. There was the tiniest bit of room for a piece of key lime pie to be shared (more lime taste in the topping than the pie itself but still very good. So satisfied with our dinner and will always keep on top of our list when in the a area.

I was here once for lunch. Quick polite service and a nice lunch. Then Easter. Signs said 10-4. Also make a reservation so I did. 10 am. We were greeted and they acted surprised I had a 10 am reservation as they weren’t serving till 1030. They came out and stated 5min to seating that turned into 20 min. Finally seated. Had a great Easter Brunch. The best selection I’ve ever had. Still they acted like they just threw the whole plan together late the night before. Had to ask for syrup. Service was terrific. I hope next time they’ll beire prepared because the food was well worth the wait.

I ordered room service. The person who took my order was very polite and I believe she is also the one that delivered. Delivery was fast. Price is reasonable. Wings were fantastic. Meaty, juicy, tasty. Pizza? Terrible. Sauce was almost non-existent. Cheese was overcooked and not stringy at all. Made me wonder if the cheese was not real or was of poor quality. Avoid the pizza. Overall, I’d order again. I just know what not to get.

We decided to go over as an alternative to driving outside the resort to a different restaurant. My wife ordered a Cobb salad, which she said was very good, and the vegetables were chopped fine enough that she didn’t have to spend the first 10 minutes cutting it all up. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu, one of the 6 or 7 items on the dinner menu, and it was OK, nothing spectacular. The chicken was grilled a little too much for my liking, and therefore tough to cut near the edges, and it was topped with one piece of melted cheese and some thinly julienned vegetables including zucchini, red peppers, green peppers, carrots, and a few pieces of cooked onion, then what looked like Dijon mustard from a squeeze bottle in strings all over the top of the chicken and around the edge of the plate. All of this was laid on top of a bed of mashed potatoes. The ham was literally cold ham cubes, that looked burned on the edges, thrown on top of the entire meal. So, although the presentation was nice to look at, cold ham cubes are not what I was expecting from a resort caliber restaurant. The taste was good, although I cannot eat peppers, so picked them off to the side. The potatoes had good flavor and there was some garlic flavor throughout, and nothing was too salty, which I liked. There were no tablecloths, which surprised me, but they had cloth napkins. Unfortunately, there was a party going on in a closed off portion of the dining room which was not soundproofed, so we got to hear the thump thump of the music next door, combined with the music from the restaurant, so couldn’t tell what song we were listening to, which we found somewhat annoying. And we had the all too often problem of a language barrier, trying to understand the waitress’ version of English, which can be frustrating. So overall, we thought it was a decent meal, but the atmosphere and language barrier made it less than we had expected for a restaurant in a resort, where prices tend to be higher than elsewhere. We’re hoping now that Hilton Grand Vacations has taken over the property, that these issues will be resolved, since Hilton supposedly has an excellent reputation, but they will need to prove it to us, since we are platinum members of the resort and watching very closely to see if things improve or devolve into what we’ve experienced at other Hilton locations. We’re beginning to think it’s time to get out of the timeshare world, and simply rent the rooms by the night like the rest of the world does, thereby avoiding our annual maintenance fees of over $14K, and not expecting exemplary anything.

The food looks lovely although not eaten here. We tend to walk from the apartment for coffee in the mornings.

We were really pleased with our meals and the service was great! The sugar creole salmon and tuna dish were perfectly prepared. Pizza was a hit with the kids.
