I will no longer be a customer at our local M-F Papa Murphy’s. It started with constant mistakes on my orders. And now they have cut back on toppings and that changes the the flavor of the pizza. The first time I thought it was just the person who made it, but have now noticed it’s every time. I will post a before and now picture to show the difference in the amount of pepperoni they use to put, and how much they put now.

Great service. We enjoy a Thai chicken every Tuesday. Steer clear of the BBQ chicken…. they don’t put near enough BBQ sauce. They’ll remake it with a smile but still won’t have enough sauce. Might want to tweak the recipe.

Just bought a cowboy pizza with pineapple. The pizza cost 21.50 and was worse than a store bought frozen pizza. The toppings were sparse, ie, one piece of sausage per slice , the pepperoni was paper thin, the pineapple was almost non existent and the sauce was heavy. I recommend you think twice before buying a pizza from papa Murphy’s in Milton freewater Oregon.

For months now I’ve had nothing but problems and terrible service ever time I try to order from this Papa Murphy’s. It use to be good food, good service, and good management. This place is now an absolute embarrassment to miltonfreewater and it’s Papa Murphy’s name. Food is terrible, customer service is distasteful, and whomever manages this location is absolutely lazy, incompetent, and an utter disgrace to the Papa Murphy’s name and should be replaced ASAP!!!

My Mother just passed, and the family is gathering and making plans for the service. I placed an order online for 4 pizzas, and then went to pick them up. It turns out, in my scattered brain, I had somehow, not completed the order. The MF staff and manager were AMAZING! They were so gracious and kind, and filled our order so quickly. They WILL ALWAYS have our family’s business. EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you for being so kind and gracious when you didn’t have to be.

Worst papa’s I’ve ever been to. Walked into the place with no other customers inside or in the drive thru. Was greeted with be with u in a sec, as we waited we watched one employee drop a crust on the floor then just pick it up and start putting toppings on it, as another employee had a sneezing fit all over the topping line. after sitting and waiting for 10 minutes and seeing the disgusting employee actions another customer enters and is immediately asked what she wants as my child and I still sit just waiting. Needless to say we left without ordering.

Only getting a one star cause I can’t give a no star but whats the point of having a drive thru and online orders if you have to help walk in customers first my order was supposed to be done at 507 and I’ve been here at the window for 30 min and no one has come to the window to ask me my name or see if my order is done and 5 other customers walked and got their food and left went in to complain and was told they have to help walk ins first and they have 5 orders ahead of me cause they haven’t even started any online orders

When my husband and I are traveling we will stop and grab a pizza on our way home. We have visited this location 3 times and each time was terrible. Each time we have called our order and 45 minutes later arrive to an empty location and our order hasn’t even been started. However, this last visit was by far the worst. I called 45 minutes prior to arrival to place our order and was hung up on more times than I can count. I assumed that the employees were having telephone problems. Upon my arrival I noticed only three people on duty and one of which was the same pregnant woman that had been there during previous visits in the past. I watched her pick up the ringing telephone and hang up and proceeded to tell her staff not to answer the telephone or accept any more orders. I walked out, I won’t patron the disrespect when we all need to be supporting small local business. That lack of professionalism is sicking and I felt sorry for her coworkers who look to her for guidance and that is what she offers.
