Tito’s has good food. My husband and I went there a couple of nights ago to try them for the first time. Earlier that day we stopped in at 6 am to get a breakfast burrito and a Pollo Asado burrito. We were told the grill was shut down for cleaning after my credit card was ran. I was pretty upset, but with extreme ease they refunded my money. So giving them a second chance, we came back at dinner time and got the Pollo Aaado combo plate. The food looked great and tasted great. For the price, I felt the portion size could have been a little larger. But they have some amazing “street art” on the outside if their building.

Food was okay. I ordered a fish taco but I never expected a breaded fish. I wish the staff was more suggestive giving me choices but I guess she wasn’t that friendly enough to give more services. First time here and maybe if there is a next time I’ll give them another chance to review.

This place was surprisingly goooood. Tried the Veggie Burritos, and they did not disappoint. Rice was really well cooked, just right, and they slice the avocado into the Burrito perfectly. I will for sure recommend. Definitely the highlight of my stay at the 2star hotel across the way. Regresaré a tratar otras opciones, vegetarianas.

We went here today, 8/11/23 at 6ish pm. We ordered rolled tacos and a full order of pollo sado fries. Rolled tacos were on point but the reason for this review is the pollo sado fries. The chicken was soooo bland that even salt couldn’t add any savory flavor. Highly disappointed because this place used to be one of my favorites in east county. Believe me when I say it was bland bland because that chicken was literally cooked with no effort to add any seasonings in it and it was over cooked because some were dried up. Oh and another thing, they hella raised their prices. If you’re going to do that at least live up to it. Come on now! Hispanic culture loves their spices! Have some pride in what you do.

Horrible taco shop. Girl at the cashier had no personality, very dry and no customer service. My California burrito was terrible I added guacamole, sour cream and cheese. Did not get my order right. I only got guac and cheese the burrito in all was so greasy it grossed me out that I didn’t even want to eat it. Never going back. ✌

When I lived in La Mesa this was my go to place. It’s open 24 hours and my food is always amazing. My husband and I just got back from Mississippi and wanted good Mexican food. Tito’s was close to where we were staying and it hit the spot! They have a few locations, the food is good, and the artwork they have is amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re in SD.

As far as late night tacos go, this place is pretty decent. their salsa verde is pretty spicy! I will say, every time I order cabeza tacos late at night I almost ALWAYS get a different type of meat. Not sure what’s up with that… other than that pretty solid late night food
