Lots of attitude for an airport location, even when not busy. Communication among team poor, customer relation poor. And by the way… with no signs that you don’t take cash, how would the customers know. 10 min to pay for a soda when no one else at register is awful.

Don’t you hate it when the airport version of a store has crazy inflated prices? Nor Sbarro! They still charge the same 5.69 for only one slice that they charge in a mall. Bonus points for consistency.

Worst Sbarro location. The employees seems completely indifferent, as if you bother them if you try to order something, and the food is undercooked and soggy.

All the bad reviews from years ago to current are the same, and accurate.

I went to order a slice of pizza before my flight, but they were out of literally EVERYTHING except 3 slices of sausage pizza. No other pizza, no stromboli, no bread sticks. On top of that, the girl who was working was rude about it. Seemed to feel no inclination to even cook anything else. Very disappointed.

One person working, no selection, and old terrible tasting pizza! Definitely go to the bagel shop next door!

I used to go to Sbarro when I was in Chicago and never found one after moving to Boston. I found this outlet in the Florida airport and was so exited to try it after 2 years. Such a disappointment! The cheese slices I was given was like a cardboard. I complained that I can’t even bite it and the manager replaced it with another slice. It was the same too but at least could bite. The Chicken stromboli I ordered looked fresh. But when I took a bite, it was cold. Felt embarrassed and walked away.

9.99 for pasta & 2 meatballs, no cheese on baked ziti, just watery pasty noodles & nasty old meatballs- if you could call it that. Staff exceptionally rude, very put out for asking for some cheese- which amounted to a single packet of Parmesan. Awful place!!! And no one here cares to try to help situation….

The good: the two guys behind the counter were friendly and the pizza was hot. There bad: everything else. The restaurant and tables were dirty. Very limited selection. No condiments, e.g. salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, etc. The food was rather bland with nothing available to try and help correct the situation.

Overpriced, cookie cutter frozen food. Staff is slow and unhelpful. Not that clean either. The airport was clean but inside was not kept up nearly as nice. Visible curbs everywhere, staff lack with cleanliness.
