Food was great. Atmosphere was great. I enjoyed eating here very much the only thing I don’t like is feeling rushed to leave when I’m still eating and talking. It’s not like they were that full. The parking lot was full and the waitress was a bit rude and not very friendly.

My first time in Riverton, WY and my friend and I were looking for a place to eat, and decided to give Ichiban a try. I’m glad we did. The food was great, the chef at our table was entertaining and cooked the food to perfection!! On top of everything, the prices were very reasonable!!! If for any reason, my travels ever lead me to Riverton again, I will definitely make a return visit!!!

This was the best fried rice, fried vegetables and Shrimp and scallops I have had, even better than the one in Rock Springs. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meal as much as I did. The only thing that was negative was it was too warm with all the grills being used, and the sauce they served along side was only one kind and the one in Rock Springs had more selections.

We have come many times since opening day. And from sushi to hibachi grill, we have been impressed every time. Came for my birthday and had both sides of the grill surrounded with our guests and were all well taken care of. Great food, fantastic atmosphere, and spectacular service. and now on doordash, so I can enjoy at home in my jammies too!

Nice new place to eat in Riverton. I had fried rice and my son had sushi. Both were very good and the portions were huge. Neither of us could eat it all. Service was very good. His sushi came out way before my fried rice so he was almost done when I got my food. That would be my only complaint.

We had Dinner at the Hibachi last night. Our Chef was Roy and we were entertained and amazed at his skills. He bounced an egg yolk on his spatula and flipped it in the air and caught it on the underside of spatula without breaking it. (I am tempted to try this)We had Steak, Chicken, and Scallops. All was cooked to perfection as well as the vegetables and rice. We enjoyed the atmosphere. This would be a fun place to take the whole family.
