So all 3 of our burgers were supposed to have bacon. Not a sliver on ANY of them. The fries were awful, soggy, and cold. When my husband asked where the drinks were the server got mad at him like it was an inconvenience to hand him 3 cups. I spent over $30 for dinner at a fast food place and you can guarantee I will not again. I would’ve gone back to get new food or a refund but after working 90 hours between us, we were tired. Your prices are soaring and your quality is sinking. You WERE my favorite McDonald’s but this is the 3rd time in row that my order has been wrong/bad. I will not be back.

My 12 week old puppy got hurt, so I had to take her to the vet (she will be fine, thank goodness). When I left the vet, it was getting late, so we decided to stop for a late lunch. They’re very accommodating when it comes to custom orders but may take a couple of extra minutes. While we’re waiting, I was talking to one of the employees, she wanted to know all about my pup and what happened. Anyway, she finally brings out the hot, fresh food and had a mini ice cream cone for my puppy, she said it was two-fold, first was because the puppy got hurt and had to go to the doctor, the second reason was so I can eat my lunch without the puppy trying to get at it. I thought it was incredibly sweet and thoughtful (she did ask me if the dog could have it prior to showing it to her). I’ll definitely be back to this location.

Don’t usually go to this McDonald’s, but had to go to WB and was hungry. Maybe it was just the timing but the service was fast enough for both of us to bring it up after paying. And to be short, all I can say is I haven’t had a McDonald’s meal that good in a good while. Fries were crispy but not so hot you couldn’t eat them right out of the bag.

We were placed in lane 1 and waited 5 minutes and when we received our food it was all wrong, the double quarter pounder had ketchup when I asked 3 times for no ketchup and there was a black hair in it as well and the McDoubles had 1 beef patty each instead of 2 but the reason I gave it two stars was because the male manager that was working felt bad about what was happening and he was super nice. The grill should get more training or just do better.

Tried to use a deal from the app that I received and the employee in the drive thru window lied and told me it was applied when it very obviously wasn’t. Then discounted something on my order to lower it but didn’t even come close to what the coupon deal should have been. Got my food and it all tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Not happy!!
