Normally pretty good food but I got a quesadilla from there today and it was literally sitting in a puddle of grease, tortillas were soaked in grease. When I called to submit a complaint, I got sent to a voice-mail that wasn’t set up.

I have always been happy with the food here, until today. I ordered 2 menudos which were really good as always and I ordered shrimp tacos for my wife and mother in law. The shrimp was over cooked and hard, for $3.50 per taco you would think you would get more than 3 small shrimp per taco. Really disappointed.

Me and my family’s first time coming here was horrible. I could see the young guy making our food through the drive through window, The whole time he was making our food he kept pulling his mask down, talking and laughing with the other employees. I know at that point I should have just left but we had paid already and it was late, we were tired and just wanted to get food and go home.

Carne asada nachos and a burrito supreme with red sauce. I would have to say out of all of the La Villa’s I’ve ate at this is by far the best. The service was quick and friendly. We’ve also had the carne asada torta and the burrito supreme with the green sauce. For a quick meal you won’t be disappointed!

Road trip from Sacramento to So CA… craving breakfast burrito …. Leary of places I haven’t done research on. Saw a freeway sign “ next exit”. Wheels exited.. so glad they did! Never heard of this place…. I wanted to get something to go thinking I would keep driving. Opened in car and I could not believe my eyes! Massive, could hardly open my mouth to take a bite. Once I started.. no way I could drive with this monster. Will definitely be my stop in the future, but will eat in, as a knife and fork are necessary!!! I could only eat 1/4 of burrito before I was stuffed and had to keep moving! Highly recommend!

I come here most Tuesdays. The asada fresh are amazing. Normally I get the fries for me and pastor tacos for the family with hot sauce on the side. Also if you enter your phone number for rewards you can get free food. That is how I fell in love with their asada fries.

It might not be your fancy expensive restaurant. But the food is very delicious. I had experience a lot of menu items and all have been very tasty. The prices are great, you get what you paid for. It’s better if you buy food here during the week specials. Mon-Fri.

The staff omitted items from my order and charged me for them anyway. The lady that answered the phone refused to acknowledge my order was incomplete and instead suggested they had completed my order in full. I explained to her I ordered a taco combo which includes a drink with three tacos, rice, and beans. She explained to me the combos are sent in a full plate and I explained to her I only received the half plate with the tacos. I have a photo of the items proving the order was prepared incorrectly and she cranked the music up to high volume saying, “Sir, I can’t hear you. You’re breaking up.” I find her actions to be extremely disrespectful and dishonest in her efforts to resolve a simply mistake leading me here to share my thoughts of customer service you will likely receive from Tacos La Villa Mexican Grill at Bakersfield, CA State Road.
