Slow as hell!Waiting 20 minutes for my food. People after me getting their food. Way to long.. like they don’t care.. why would 5 people after me get their food before I get mine?? Y’all need to get yo heads outta your assess because the customer is your paycheck. This paycheck ain’t coming back! Kept handing other people their food. What a joke.. y’all should just close your doors.i wasn’t the only unhappy custie!!

There were only 2 employees running this entire operation when we attempted to order food inside to go. They were not running the drive thru due to this. Even after several agitated customers suggested they put a sign out they still did nothing to let customers sitting in the line know. We saw coutless cars eventually speed off. 1 employee took orders and then also cooked all the food while the other just stood at the front waiting to bag it all. We were here for over an hour and questioned just leaving many times. Once we finally got our food, it was correct and the level of what we would get from any Burger King. This location needs more workers and also needs employees to actually care about customer service.

I think Google should revamp their star rating! Add 0! If u could give 0 i would! Why is this restaurant still there? Staff don’t wanna work, mgmt doesn’t want to open. How are they even making money? I’ve been in there or thru drive thru multiple times and only got served once! The other restaurant in the truck stop was full with very long line so I went to burger King… mistake! I waited 20 min for over priced cold dry food. By time I got my food everybody in Popeyes had already left. When is the truck stop gonna get it and get rid of them. Put McDonald’s in there!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst experience with customer service. Once we arrived, the lady didn’t greet us, just asked what we wanted, and you could hear not one word coming out of her mouth. Honestly, I had to tell her respectfully tell her I couldn’t hear her. Our child had an accident and spilled their soda all over the floor. The same lady who attended us walked by coming from Popeyes and I said “My child accidentally knocked his drink over” She practically just shrugged like she didn’t care and went back to attend the others that were waiting in line. My husband went to her at the cashier to ask for the mop. At least so he could help. He asked, ” Do you have a mop?” Once again, no words she just nodded no with an attitude. Like why you going to work and not do your job. Everyone was getting the same feeling as we were. One guy walked by and said, “Don’t clean it up, just act like you don’t hear them and walk away. How hard is it to be polite and say “No, sir, but I’ll have someone come and clean it?” Screw it, we finished our meal. Threw our trash and walked straight out. Apparently, she doesn’t need her job.

I have tried this location several times over the past year (because of it’s proximity to I-40) and I have been disappointed every single time. Half the time the restaurant was not even open, despite it being during the posted Open hours (see other reviews which report the same thing). The drive-through is never open, so I always have to go inside to order. Half the time there is a sign at the register that they are not accepting cash (card only). Finally, I have never gotten my food in less than 10 minutes. I have tried to be nice and give them multiple opportunities to improve management and service over the last year, but now I have reached my limit and I will just go hungry before I stop here again.

Truckers please do not eat here. There prices are almost double from other BK in NC. If you refrain from eating here, they will either have to drop their prices or close down, and a better restaurant can take its place.

I don’t even know how someone like this could hold a job. 1, she left me sitting at the drive thru just to eventually tell me that register was down. 2, left me at register inside when another employee pointed me out (she could see me) she said” I’m not gunna keep doing all this work if they aren’t gunna do nothing.” Finished what she was doing then took my order. I ordered my breakfast burrito and before I could even get my card out the plopped the bag on the counter. How long ago was that made?!?!?! The tortilla was going stale and the hashbrowns were mush. Not sure what she expect to do when she goes to work but this woman obviously doesn’t want the responsibility.
