Taco Bell is good when you’re craving it. I went to pick up for my residents, and everyone seemed to mostly enjoy it when they received their orders. When it’s fast food, you can’t expect it to always be put together the right way. All of the sour cream in my beefy 5 layer was at one end. One resident also said their lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream were at the end of their burrito as well. But we all enjoyed it. The staff was wonderful, especially considering I was ordering for 13 people. They were so patient, kind, understanding, and accommodating to my needs.

This is one of those YMMV fast food stops because of staff turnover and the general overall reputation of any Taco Bell’s recipes. So far though, our visits have been really good here, usually spending between $30 and $40 for a group of 4. The taste and quantity of food has been very consistent for dine in, somewhere between good and very good for both. Service is alright, no one goes out of their way to be overly nice but it is just Taco Bell. It’s usually pretty quiet in the dining room too since the restaurant is easy to miss off of 120th. This is our go-to Taco Bell when we have cravings for unauthentic cheap and fast Mexican food.

This is one of the worst service fast food chains. Literally sat for 17 minutes at the counter waiting to order while I watched drive thru take order after order. When I flagged one worker down, the response was “were kind of busy with the drive thru” in a snotty attitude.

Slow slow slow. Lights out on menu board. Order taker said about 4 words total. Wrong food in bag. Onions galore and allergic so Benadryl and Dominos ensued. Why this place sucks so bad I don’t know. The one on 287 shut down and we used to drive there – like 3 times the distance but the service and food was so much better. Sad.

My own fault—ordered a doordash at 8:30 PM thinking it would be fine since they are supposed to be open another 5 hours—-get a call 70 minutes later they (meaning Taco Bell, not doordash) can’t process my order—trash location, my fault for giving them another chance.

the drive thru took a long time to take my order, despite there being no line. after waiting at the pickup window, they handed me the wrong order at first. when I got my order, a taco was missing. the food I did receive was poorly wrapped, and got all over the bag making it half wet. all of my tacos were cold. i’m not coming back.

Ordered Cherry Pepsi, received Diet Pepsi. Ordered and paid for sour cream. Nothing we received had sour cream. The lady in the drive thru was more worried about rounding up to “Feed the children” then feeding me and my family that paid for our food. This place is a waste of $$$$$

Their enchirito promotion has this location out of anything but plastic knives. Bit of an experience eating an enchirito like that. Food was good though. Better than average for a typical Taco bell.
