They always take so long to deliver the pizza so much that when you get it it’s cold. And they have done this multiple times. one time the pizza never came and we had to call and we waited for soo long. This Pizza Hut is trash I do not recommend.

Omg has the manager or any one of authority at Pizza Hut NOT read these reviews. This location puts black eye on ALL pizza huts, manager needs to be replaced as they are ones responsible for how customers are treated if they do not care neither will employees shame on manger. I have had rude and unprofessional service as well.

So, i ordered my pizza for pickup through the app. Arrived and was told that although my card had been charged, they never received my order.. i asked if they could make it since i had paid for it and was told no. Asked for manager, she said she was the manager. She was extremely rude, and called me “baby”. I asked her name and found our later that i was given a fake name. Then they said that orders from the app don’t come through, even though they take the payment. Everything about this restaurant and management is unacceptable. Next time I’ll order from Smyrna. This is the Murfreesboro Rd location im La Vergne. Tried to call customer service, got a recording that said take up my issue at the store, or leave feedback online! Pizza Hut is a joke.

Created an account on the mobil app, ordered and paid through it. I waited the time the app stated before I headed to get my order. Go through the drive thru to sign the receipt, get the order then leave. Cashier tells me to pull up front because the order isn’t done and that there was 2 orders in front of me. I say ok and comply. I sit up front in my car for an additional 15 minutes thinking they would bring it out. Wrong. I go inside and stand around for another five minutes, cashier asks for my order number and goes to find it. This too takes several minutes. My carry out order took almost a whole hour to be able to go home after a long day at work, super frustrating! Then get home noticed the chicken wings are partially sauced, the cheese sticks had to be separated with a pizza cutter.

Worst location ever!! The pizza never came!!! The online tracker showed “in the oven” for over an hour. I actually tried calling the location asking them to take the pizza out of the over however no one answered the phone! Now fighting for a refund!!!

Placed an order at 2:11pm and received a text stating that it was on the way at 2:26pm. I called the store and the lady that picked up was super rude. She stated that the driver just left the store with my order at 3:13pm. Almost an hour after my order was placed. Will not be ordering delivery from this location

So first, we didn’t get out 2 liter of soda, and the cheese sticks AND the pizza weren’t cut, and the cinnamon rolls were burned very badly along with the cheese on the pizza. Very frustrated and disappointed that after spending $50 plus tip, the food was awful. Won’t be getting from here again.
