We asked about gluten free options and the cook came out and personally and discussed creative ways de-gluten a cheeseburger. We ended up with the patty chopped, onions grilled, added grilled peppers, all on a bed of lettuce. It tasted amazing too!

Great spot off the 15 to Salt lake City in Moapa valley. Great burgers and fries. Coffee was pretty good too. Great service. Watch the hours. Close at 2PM and reopen later at 8:00 PM. Sign was hard to read. Letters and numbers missing. Otherwise, great refuel food spot on a long drive from Vegas to Utah.

Homemade yummy food! I like my bacon extra crispy and patted with paper towels. They totally made my omelette perfect and my hash browns xtra crispy ! Great place to eat on the way to Coyote Springs Golf Course !

Nice little place on the way out of Vegas. Staff is friendly. When the place gets swamped they hold it down. Food is my favorite kind of diner feel good tasty. Had a great meal on the way to the county fair. Good vibes.

The wait staff and food were five stars! But the manager, (I assume) dark haired guy with a beard, sat down at a table just behind us and complained about having to work 7 days a week, how tired he was, and was so rude to the waitress that sat down with him she had to go outside. We have been loyal fans of the Muddy for 10 years but if he is there the next time we go we will not be staying. Very uncomfortable and disappointing. As a former waitress I can see why they have a hard time keeping staff…..Do Better Sir!!!

We stopped here on our way to Zion from Las Vegas and the food, portions, and price were all excellent. I highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak. I’m not sure of our servers name but she had long blonde hair and hoop earings. She was so friendly and attentive and had some great recommendations. Definitely try their homemade carrot cake too.

The food was fine, when it finally came. It was a busy Memorial Day weekend when my daughter and I came here, so it was certainly busier than usual. Yet not all tables were occupied, and it was clear that the two waitresses could have been better organized. The single cook in the back was often waiting for something to do. When he did finally get an order, he cranked out the meals quickly, then went back to waiting. Our coffee came after 25 minutes, and our food was ready after 45.
