Soup Korner is a new gem in Hartford! Walking in the decor & atmosphere are so cozy and welcoming. The sandwiches are out if this world with fresh, in house roasted meats and packed to the brim with delicious toppings. The Mac & Whop sandwiches are my fav with homemade Russian sauce & War sauce!!! The salads are massive – you could share with a friend because they are so packed with goodness. The soups are changed up daily- a couple favs are tomato basil, chicken gnocchi, and garlic & mushrooms which are all made in house – so fresh. Bread bowls are a big bonus. It’s my new fav lunch/dinner spot!

Was looking for something new and found it. Could not decide on one soup so we got 3 to go. Veggie Pot Pie, Italian Wedding soup and Mushroom and garlic. I could not say which is better, they were all amazing. Also tried the White Mocha Cheesecake Latte. Also very good. I will definitely be back.

Sorry, but as seniors we were not impressed. Italian beef sandwiches were 1/3 beef and 2/3 overloaded filler. No salt on the table for the bland soup, no plates for the messy sandwiches. Seating is uncomfortable for older adults, and their take- home container was a paper bag. Don’t get me started on the jazz playing loudly. Must be a place for younger people…frankly we would have been happier with the old George Webb’s!

Delicious grilled cheese soup! Great selection of sandwiches, so yummy. Even the wild berry lemonade was spectacular. Definitely will be back and bring the whole family. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Really good food. Service is a touch slow but they are just starting out. Nice atmosphere. Only downside is it’s pricey. Two soups and Sammie’s a water and lemonade and it was $60+. Pretty pricey for soup and sandwich IMHO given I can go to mineshaft get an appetizer and two main dishes for about 40-50.

Food was incredible. I had the mac sandwich, which was large and full of flavor. I also tried the mushroom and grilled cheese soup, both were great. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and make everything by scratch. Great addition to Hartfords foodscape, and so happy to see the expanded hours!

This is an entire revamp from the George Webbs it used to be. It’s a calm and comfortable set up with nice music playing. Tons of sandwich selections and soups; not to mention all the bread choices for the sandwich. The pizza soup is hearty and fantastic while not overly stuffing. The Cuban sandwich was so full of juicy meat I needed extra napkins. Plus they have food options as meals for little kids with healthy side options like hard boiled eggs and craisins.

I had an unbelievable delicious Beef & Blue sandwich. Took me a while to decide which one to try. I will definitely be back to try others. You get a quite large sandwich for the price – worth every penny.
