I’ve heard stories of restaurants reheating your fires or maybe even getting home and your fries being cold, but to actually see the cook recook them is beyond me. I waited 20 min for my order to get hot chicken yet cold fries. I asked the young lady who was polite if I could have fresh fries she sent the fries back to the kitchen were I watched the cook pour my fries from the container in a bowl and place them back in the fry basket. I advised the young lady of what happened she told the cook I wanted fresh fries he laughed, and I politely asked for a refund and left. I definitely won’t be returning. DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE! WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY DO WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING.

I was a little hesitant because of the negative reviews, but decided to give them a try. Fast and friendly service and my order was. Wings and fries fried crispy just the was I like them. The right amount of hot sauce and cooked to order. My Okra was good a well. I’ll be back!

EXTREMELY Dirty. Trash all over the store and covers the floor. Flies are everywhere. All countertops are VERY sticky. They dont have enough workers and are looking to hire people to clean it…… STAY AWAY

Friendly staff, food was correct. Didn’t enjoy the wings as much as I was expecting but they weren’t disgusting. Just needed a little bit more seasoning. My kids enjoyed the shrimp and cheeseburger.

In town for business and looking for something good to eat. Spotted their sign and stopped in to see what was good. Ended up ordering 2 seafood meals with corn, potato, a little sausage, pieces of corn on the Cobb, shrimp, blue crab, Alaskan crab cluster, mussels with a lot of seasoning butter sauce all in a big bag. Boy were we surprised…tasted awesome! A must try! Price wasn’t bad either!

I ordered the fried catfish and they gave me Swai instead!! Folks better start checking their food, if you don’t know any better YOU WOULD THINK IT’S THE SAME! Buyers beware! Then I called the store and she go say Swai is another type of catfish, Ma’am THOSE ARE NOT THE SAME!

Ordered blue crab boil on Door Dash and the food was inedible. I opened the bag and it smelled slightly different than other boils I’ve had in the past. The seasoning had done a great job of masking what my nostrils and tastebuds were in for on the first bit. I grabbed a piece of sectioned crab and squeezed it and the meat emerged like liquid—completely liquified and mushy. I sniffed the crab and it reeked of AMMONIA! They allowed me to pay $50 dollars and served me expired, old crab—A FOOD AND SAFETY VIOLATION!! I will be reporting this business. I was able to get a refund from DoorDash, but the establishment should be reviewed by an inspector.

Food here is getting worst. I’ve been purchasing food here for over a year now and both the food quality and customer service is terrible now. I’m actually throwing my food away I ordered as I’m typing this. I spent $60 on food that was burnt and cold. When I try calling I keep getting told to hold please. I would not be ordering from here ever again.
