Brand new location, well designed and roomy dining area! This location has both Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Muffin was fresh and donut was delicious. What I liked best was they have separate lines at the drive-through for “mobile orders” and “order here” so if you pre-ordered you don’t have to wait as long. Good idea!

Horrible customer service! The associates are not in the mood to accept any requests when they mess up your order. It opened recently so I thought I would give them my business, but I guess I made the wrong choice. Please have some courteous sales associates who can take orders with a smile. A simple smile will go a long way. We pay a premium for the coffee and other snacks, so we deserve at least acceptable customer service. Thank you.

They’re supposed to be open 24 hours dine in and drive thru but workers overnight refuse to open the door for dine in just because they were lazy to work and serve. This guy who wears glasses refused to open the door for me when I made an online order and I have to pick it up. I called them and he told me to walk to the drive thru and refused to take more orders from me. He lied and told me they only do 24 hour dine ins Fridays-Sundays? When I always go there before summer to study overnight they’re open 24/7. It’s ridiculous.

Today was my 3rd time coming to this Dunkin Donuts. It’s super convenient because It’s right down the street from work but all 3 times I have been very disappointed. The first time I unknowingly went through the Mobile Order Lane, and they let me sit there for some time without coming to the intercom. When I finally called out the tone they used when telling me I was in the wrong drive thru lane was very demining. They also neglected to properly put the lid on my coffee and as I grabbed it from the person at the window it spilled on my hand. There was no apology or offer to give me a new one. By this point I was extremely frustrated and just drove off. The second time they gave me the wrong order which I didn’t realize until I got to work, and the coffee had grounds at the bottom. Today I had to correct them twice with my order. Once at the pay window and then again at window 2 when picking up my order and yes, the coffee had grounds at the bottom again. Needless to say, I will not be coming to this location again. I rather go a bit out of my route to a location where I know the staff is friendly and they will get my order correct. I will say they are quick with the drive thru but that is probably because they are not taking the time to listen to your order correctly, double check what they are giving you or taking the time to properly putting the lids on the coffee cups and not being sloppy when brewing the coffee.
