They got my order wrong for the first time. I ordered onion rings and got Jalapeno Poppers. The poppers were fantastic, but cost more than rings. I wanted to pay the difference, but my very diligent and hard working carhop did everything to correct the situation. It all worked out.

Now, the Winona Sonic is close to the top of the list on food, timely service, correct orders, and genuine hospitality. It’s probably my favorite Sonic to eat at. Awesome that the new owners revived it from absolutely nothing and only open when they felt opening, to a Sonic of great food and scheduled business hours.

Everything about it was terrible. We had to repeat our simple order multiple times and it was still wrong. We waited over 10 minutes at the drive-thru window, the food was not fresh, and we ended up dumping our drinks out.

A couple days ago I ordered a chili cheese burger, which comes with chili cheese and onion it did not have cheese or onion on the burger, then today I ordered a cheesecake milkshake and I got a vanilla shake with graham cracker crumbs on top and no whipped cream or cherry, I’m honestly sick of giving sonic chances to get it right, it’s costing me way too much to learn they don’t know how to fix food or milkshakes, Winona Ms sonic
