First visit. Ordering was easy. I was a walk-in. The staff was pleasant. The food was very disappointing. I ordered Hunan Shrimp and an egg roll. Egg roll was over cooked and tasted like dish water. The shrimp was mealy and tasteless. The vegetables were limp and past their use date. The sauce was lumpy and tasted like dish water.

On top of not having started my order 20 minutes after I submitted customer service is horrible. I had to wait double the time told before it was ready. I got home and was highly disappointed rice was flavorless, chicken undercooked, fries soggy, and one bite made me instantly sick. Waste of money! Lesson learned.

They advertise that they close at 10 pm yet when i called to place a pick up order on a Wednesday night at around 8:55 the associate told me that to come now because they are closing at 9. This made me have to rush there. When i picked up my food the associate told me that they advertise that they close at 10 but they close early every night. If this isn’t false advertisement I don’t know what is. Im assuming they advertise 10 pm because the restaurant a half a mile down the road advertises 9:30 pm. Will likely not be returning simply because of the shadiness.

I ordered $52. of food for pick up, and the only thing that was OK were the ribs. The shrimp was very soft in the scezuan. It wasn’t good. The fried rice was yellow, with no green onions or bean sprouts.

Ordered online. Paid online. Went to pick up food and they said I never ordered it. Showed the nasty little lady at counter my order and that I paid for it on my phone. She told me she didn’t have any online orders. Tried to charge me again. I told her I already paid and showed here the withdrawal from my bank. Long story short. She was very nasty and would not give me the food I paid for. Then low and behold she found another tablet with my order on it. She tried to tell me that was not ordered online. Even though it was on her computer tablet. This place used to be good. Will not be going back.
