Got the $20 fill up box from KFC in Germantown MD. They didn’t provide they sauce I ask. I called the store and they refused to provide me a fresh box because it would have caused me to drive all the way there. They offered to compensate with sides but I refused. I would post a picture to show but doesn’t give me the option.

They no longer carry popcorn chicken which was what I usually ordered. The location is not in an ideal area for a fast food location and you wouldn’t know it was there without finding it on Google. The food was ok, not great but that seems to be the way all KFCs are going now.

Best KFC in the area. Been here twice and the food is always made fresh, fried breading on Chicken is crispy, especially on the sandwich. Fries are crispy, employees were very friendly. This is the KFC to visit locally if you want quality.

Worst Service, Store Manager she is very unethical and unprofessional, I ordered online and went to pickup my order and they misplaced my order and bluffed that they didn’t receive order, In spite of showing the order details she simply walk away without giving my order, “New Way of Stealing Money from Customers from this store manager” I called KFC customer service, they were so helpful and processed my refund and gave a complaint about the store manager’s unprofessional behavior. Be careful with your online orders with this store.

We stopped by here for dinner tonight. What a huge mistake.We both got the all in one bucket that was $11.99. We opened up our buckets and we’re disgusted. It contained supposedly 3 chicken tenders that were more like chicken nuggets and so hard you couldn’t chew them. The fries were cold and I was supposed to get potatoes and gravy, but they didn’t give them to me. We were supposed to get 4 dipping sauces and only received 3. The reason I even gave them a 1 was because the Mac and Cheese wasn’t horrible and the young man who waited on us was kind. Oh and their biscuit bounced like a rubber ball. Do not waste your good hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and go to Popeye’s
