I order from this place a lot and each time, my order is perfect and worth the price. Today, I spent $41.27 and only received what is shown on the picture. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times regarding this issue but no one answered the phone. They did not give me my coke, hummus, pita, or rice. In addition, they didn’t even call me to tell me that they were out of the things I ordered. Instead they gave me fries, which I did not want. They also gave me grilled veggies which I did not want. I’m cool with substitutions but only with substitutions that I get to choose. If you don’t have something, please call the customer and let them know. One of my biggest pet peeves is paying for something that I do not want. Especially with food when I am hungry!

Wasfi’s restaurant is a great spot to hang out and relax over some tea and food. The ambiance is inviting, making it a perfect place for a casual catch-up with friends. the service is friendly and attentive. AVOID THIS PLACE. They charged me and my friend $5 EXTRA for our entrees and a few dollars extra for appetizers because “It’s Friday night”. Apparently their prices magically increase on the weekends, a change not noted anywhere on the menu or anywhere else in the restaurant or by staff. They also included 15% gratuity for our party of THREE (I assume because if someone actually saw this scam on the bill they wouldn’t tip). Other than that, if you don’t care about paying nearly 40$ for a single entree and side order, the food is great.

I went to this restaurant today and was seated by the manager at a table. I waited around 35 minutes and nobody came to take my order. The service was terrible. The waiters were skipping my table and not one person acknowledged me or bothered to give me a menu. I heard that this was a nice restaurant but was very disappointed. I know that it is Eid and that it is very busy but you still have to at least acknowledge your customers.
