I enjoyed the food here. I got nachos with chicken. My cheese was melted, though it was a thin sauce and not a thick nacho cheese. The other toppings available from the bar were more than able to make up for this minor issue. We all enjoyed our meals here. The covered dining area was great after a long day in the park. I would eat here again, maybe try the steak topping next time.

Plenty of seating on a Thursday afternoon. The cheeseburger and chicken tenders were your average. Be aware that the cheese is not melted on the patty. We all enjoyed the crinkle cut fries with a slight seasoning.

Clean & shady eating area…and now the reason for a 1star rating. This photo is what we based our dining decision on and so when our family of 8 stepped up to build our Bowls (rice/ancient grains) we were instantly disappointed. The chopped protein choices were dry and unappetizing. The portions were very skimpy. This was the very first crew that was unhappy & unhelpful.

Slightly above average theme park fare. The Chicken tenders were flavorful and the nachos were good. It’s a great place to take a break from the heat.

Short line on a Monday food was as good as any fast food. No it’s not 5 star dinning and no it’s not dirt cheap it’s in an amusement park nothing is never cheap in a park.

We ate here last year and it was pretty good. We had nacho bowls with steak today and the seasoning on the steak didn’t blend well with the rest of the dish. The chips were terrible. There are so many great places to eat at Dollywood. I hate that I wasted my money and appetite on this place. We will not eat here again.

One star review just for bad service at the register. The cashier named Brenda charged us for guacamole. When we questioned the amount on the bill and told her that we didn’t even want to buy guacamole she just made a smug facial gesture like oh-well. Even told her that the server said there was no charge. Brenda still charged us for it.

The bottled water was cold. All the vegetables were warm. Warm lettuce,, warm pico or salsa or whatever, warm guacamole, warm sour cream, tepid beef. One bite and right in the bin. I’ve had diarrhea before, not interested in doing it again tonight. Employees are all young go getter college students I’m sure.

We really enjoyed our lunch break at the food hall. Choices of chicken tenders, burgers, fries, nachos, or burrito bowls had the entire family intrigued. I got the “bowl” with cilantro lime rice, chicken, pinto beans, pico, and cheese. I think we fed a family of four, with drinks, for under $60…..which is not bad at all for an amusement park meal.

Only menu items were burnt frozen hamburgers and chicken strips after an hour wait. For insane prices. We got lucky and only had to wait an hour. After we finished we saw the line was now all the way down the street outside the building. We thought we were getting mexican food but we were very disappointed. If there was a reason id never come back to dollywood, its the food. At least bring some premade food i could eat to aviod this disappointing, disgusting food.
