HORRIBLE SERVICE!! COUNT YALL DAYS !! my girlfriend ordered us pizza &’ breadsticks first off the lady act like she couldn’t understand our address then when she finally got it she told us the total &’ said it would take 31-41 minutes. An hour later she calls &’ THEY’RE CLOSED nobody ever brung our food.

When dropping off my food today, the delivery driver came to the door ( without the pizza) and began berating my 15 year old son for not answering the phone when he called. He told him next time he will take the food back to store. After his beration, he then went to the car to get the pizza. Fortunately, his father met him at the door because he heard the commotion and told him not to get speak to his son that way. When I called the manager of the store to complain about the driver and his poor customer service, instead of listening, he began defending his driver and telling me the practice. He even said I did not indicate to bring the food to the door, when I definitely did. I told him I had the footage on my ring camera and should upload it with my review. This was my first time ordering from Papa Johns and my last. Horrible customer service from employee to Manager.

I have never had a bad Papa John’s experience and this store is no exception. However, it is located in a terrible spot for a restaurant that does take out only. It needs to be in a spot with free 10min parking out front and you can jump out of the car and run in. Basically only way to get your food is to illegally park.

I ordered a pizza and wings here spent half a 100 dollars and on the website it says they close at 2:30 i ordered my food for pickup online around 2 got there by 2:10 and nobody was there. SMH couldn’t even feed anyone tonight. Never here again.
