Our order was correct, but we were missing our sauce. We also didn’t get napkins. I would recommend double-checking your order. They fixed it when we went back through, but it was inconvenient.

Myself and two others stopped for food on the 25th I ordered my food and my husband’s food then my friends ordered. They told my friend right away they didn’t have roast beef for his meal so they got him to switch but didn’t say a word to me for about 20 minutes so I figured they had enough for mine and then ran out. Nope I was wrong they didn’t have enough for mine but yet had sent out atleast 6 or 7 drive thru orders which came in after mine. Be upfront with your customers Arby’s don’t wait 20 minutes then tell your customers you are out of roast beef but yet 6 or 7 drive thrus went out of which multiple of them had roast beef sandwiches as I watched them bag the orders as we waited

I tried the brisket sandwich and it was delicious. Hot, tender couldn’t have been better. I got the meal with reg. fries. The fries were crispy but not hard so I knew they were fresh. Can’t wait to have another.
