I would be better if I gave no stars at all. I take my partner out to enjoy some pizza. Our plan is to just sit and eat few slices on this nice day, order 4 slices, 1 for her daughter, and we told them only to pack 1 because we’re eating there. I didn’t say anything when they put it in the box instead of plates. I just chose to setup our table myself. Before I could even set the table, I found a long piece of hair on the pizza. I told them, and instead of giving us 4 new slices they only gave us 2 slices and expected us to eat the other 2 that had hair on them. I demanded my money back and told them keep the pizza. They literally almost didn’t even want to give me the money back and didn’t even care about the poor customer service they provided. It’s new owners and they have no idea what professionalism or customer courtesy is. We actually took a long walk there because it was nice out and walked all the way home just to cook. Should have done that in the first place. Hair on pizza. Disgusting!

Tried three menu items and two of the three were not edible. The pizza slices were undercooked, chewy and almost raw. And the flavor resembled a slice of gas station pizza. The onion rings were soggy and two ketchup packages were intermingled with the onion rings within the plastic container. And finally the chicken parm hero was alright, but nothing special. All three items ended up costing more than the advertised price on their website. I know these prices are subject to change, so now you are warned! I won’t ever order from there again.

Delmar located. nys was not set up right and not good due to rico law only coming in the year 1970 and those criminals were well advanced not to be apprehended. Ny destroyed by americans. I only get a slice of cheese pizza and a can of soda.But the unelected criminals they have the love family cars jobs education vacations and all nature intended too. You may have it to go because they only have a small space to sit down and eat but when they do it is nice but organized criminals never nice and they are here in the usa especially NY.

I ordered here for the first time tonight.. I have NEVER experienced such rude customer service in my life. We ordered a pretty large order. We ordered the antipasto salad and asked for no pork “meats” to substitute for turkey girl taking our order over the phone said “ ok” we ordered buffalo garlic parmesan wings. Girl taking our order said “ok” we also ordered pizza and buffalo wings. We received our order. The salad had salami and pepperoni on it (no turkey) and I got garlic parm wings (not buff garlic parm) as I ordered.. rest of order was correct. I called to inform staff that the order was wrong and I was placed on hold. A man picked up saying he was the manager and I explained what was wrong on the order. He stated that it was a communication error and that I shouldn’t have ordered items they didn’t serve. I stated that the staff should know what is on their menu and what they cannot accommodate. He said “ you said no pork so we held the prosciutto” I then explained that ham and pepperoni are also pork items and staff should be aware. He then stated I should not have ordered that salad that I should have ordered a chef salad. I said sir you don’t have chef salad on your menu. He said “oh yeah we don’t have that anymore” then proceeded to say I should have communicated better and that it was a Saturday night and they are busy.. I responded “ I don’t care how busy you are, we should have been told when we ordered that my order couldn’t be accommodated and I shouldn’t be blamed for calling and addressing the wrong order I paid for” he said he is hanging up on me. I will NEVER order from here again and I will be sure to share my experience.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is so good. Very generous toppings. Real italian marinara. High quality cheese. The margrita with ricotta topping is the best thing I’ve ever tried. The XL size is so big and generous. Even if left overnight & oven heated, tastes the same as fresh. People there are super nice too. 5/5 for sure.
