I love jets pizza and have been ordering from them for years. However I didn’t know they were franchised own and this location specifically is terrible! I picked up my order and when I opened the box it was over cooked and extremely salty. I called the store asking them how could we fix this. Even willing to bring the original pizza back and get a new one. The employee said they’ll put the manager on the phone and never did! After waiting about 2. Minutes he said the manager said there was nothing they could do. I told him how disappointed in the service and food I was and he seemed unphased and said nothing could be done. 0 stars if I could! I should’ve never left a tip!

Never had Jet’s until today. Ordered a Jet’s 10 and Buffalo Wings. Loved the crackly thin crust and generous toppings. Care given to spread out toppings to make it more visually appealing. Nice brown given to the sausage chumks beforehand! Veggies still had a nice bit of crunch. Was difficult to stop eating. Very addictive and delicious. Made my top ten list. Pretty decent wings too. Well cooked with a snappy sauce with a great vinegar/spice ratio. Definitely will order again!

I got the two slices for $5, what a deal and I was left stuffed. The pizza is pretty good 4/5 cause it was a bit too greasy for my liking but I still liked it. If you like thick pizza this it the place to go.

I ordered my pizza to be picked up at 12:20pm. I walked in and there was another customer ahead of me. We waited for 5 mins with no awknowledgement. He told me that I should go ahead of him so they know I’m here. I waited another 5 mins with no awkowlegement I was there again. They were yelling in the back about toppings on a pizza. They did not care if anyone was waiting. I then said excuse me and someone said they would be there in a minute. When I finally got a worker to come to me I said I had a pickup order for 12:20 and he walked away with out saying anything. They didnt even start my pizza. The other customer said they didnt start his pizza either until he was there. I waited 20 extra minutes for them to make my pizza. All he said was sorry about the wait. He also thought I needed to pay. And when I looked at my food I didnt have any of the sauces I ordered and there was no sauce on my wings. I will not be going back there again because of the TERRIBLE service.

Ordered pizza to go. Showed up after the estimated completion time, which was an hour from the order time. Was told pizza will be ready in couple minutes. After 15 minutes I asked again when the pizza will be ready. Again, was told pizza will be ready in couple minutes. I’ve cancelled the order and requested refund.

Unbelievable amount of screw ups in 1 order. We went and picked our pizza up and people ahead of us were complaining how long it was taking and that all they ordered was a cheese pizza and it took an hour to make. The lady kept asking the cashier if anyone was ever going to make her pizza and the cashier wouldn’t answer her. So, we get pizza and asked if we could get a small salad also since we thought it wouldn’t be a big deal. We waited about 15 mins extra just for a small salad but that’s not the main issue. All of a sudden they asked for the box I was holding for the cinnamon sticks back and said that they gave us the wrong order so they traded with me. I took a peek at them to make sure it was indeed cinnamon sticks, it was! I didn’t look at other pizzas because I didn’t even know what the order was, I was just told to pick pizzas up. I get home and both pizzas were wrong and one wasn’t even gluten free. We wouldn’t have cared if it weren’t necessary to have the gluten free pizza. We called them and they told us that they accidentally delivered our pizzas to someone else and they will make new ones in 15 mins. So we picked up our new pizzas and the gluten free pizza was 7” long and burnt so bad, it actually was humorous how bad it was. They really should have given a refund but they stated they couldn’t do that and needed the general manager. We just gave up and ate the pizzas without anymore hassle.The other pizzas were really good though! So we ended on a positive! I will give them another shot in the future just because the pizza was delicious.
