Went here with the wife to dinner two nights ago and from start to finish we had a 5 star experience! Let’s start off with our waitress Erica, one of the best by a long shot! She was very pleasant, very knowledgeable of all menu options and specials and checked in to see how everything was a few times. She’s definitely a great asset to this company! The food was super delicious, the onion rings are the best around! The mixed drinks are always perfectly balanced and very tasty as well. Hometown favorite for sure!!!! Time after time it just keeps getting better!

I’m in Michigan for training and friend of mine (local) brought me here to Clementine’s in South Haven for lunch, there was a bit of a wait but got taken in quickly. We took a day trip to South Haven for the first time. It was wonderful! Visited the may shops downtown, and after a long day, decided to grab some diner at Clementines. We were hungry, so the 45min wait wasn’t too bad. We were so glad we did! The food and the service was excellent! Nice portions also! Learned and interesting fact that Clementines was a converted historic bank! That explained the really cool decor!! Definitely recommend!!

The family was visiting South Haven and we searched Google for a good burger, and Clementine’s came up with high remarks for burgers, and they were not wrong! It was cooked absolutely perfect! I got the Clems O Ring burger, and it was excellent. My wife had the Gold Miner, and it was gone before mine. Our younger son was telling his grandmother that “we ate at a fancy restaurant”….lol For me, it had an old school almost like a Western feel. I’m sure this will not be the last time we eat there. Next time we are down in southwest MI, I would love to stop in and try something else. Even if it is only as half as good as the burger, we’ll worth the trip.

I love this place. We make sure to eat here at least once when we’re in South Haven (every few months or so). It’s my daughter’s favorite. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service here. I think my all time favorite is the Henny Penne and my daughter loves the Saloon Sammy (the beer cheese is excellent and I always steal a bite). We’ve been here during lunch and dinner and during tourist season and the dead of winter. Always fantastic.
